Being new to The Pit I hope some can learn from my mistakes. My wife and I were to depart Des Moines today for Phoenix on Allegiant Airlines. We were going to the Az Streeteats Food truck festival tomorrow in Scottsdale with non refundable tickets purchased in December for the festival. Well I guess Allegiant just didn't see the need to accommodate all the people who purchased tickets for the flight. So, with no answers to how much longer the already 8 hour delay would be we walked out to our car and went home. Hurry BBQ season in the midwest!
