    G'Day from Sydney

After a work trip to Austin several years ago I started getting interested in BBQ & smoking meats, as direct grilling is really the common method used down here. I started on a cheap gas smoker & last summer I bought myself a ProQ bullet smoker. I'm a beginner backyard cook & hungry to learn more (pun intended) Cheers.

I was there for SXSW so I didn't have much time or know what I was doing. I went to Iron Works & Stubbs for my first BBQ experience's but, a friend told me about Franklins & got me to line up in the morning (with a hang over) & thats when it really hit me for the first time. I'll check on my email Addie & have already added this to my safe list. Cheers.
