    Hello

I have been reading and following Meatheads great BBQ ideas for 2 years now and since I Barbecued my first Turkey following what I read on Amazingribs web site every year my family requests the same thing a Turkey from my Weber, the meat is so moist and great tasting. I'm an Oregon boy living in northern Germany and a few years ago it was uncommon to see anybody barbecuing in the winter and I know my neighbors must think I'm a bit crazy as I cook on one of my 2 Weber grill's every other weekend and I love it I don't care what the weather is doing I love cooking on a grill.

                      Our Favorite Backyard Smoker

The amazing Karubecue is the most innovative smoker in the world. The quality of meat from this machine is astonishing. At its crux is a patented firebox that burns logs above the cooking chamber and sucks heat and extremely clean blue smoke into the thermostat controlled oven. It is our favorite smoker, period.
