Currently using a Weber Kettle with a Smokenator. Still tweaking it,but will have down soon. I'm into micro brewed beer, but like a good red wine too. Hunting and fishing are a passion when time allows. I want to get some grilling/smoking techniques down so I can go head to head with my son in law! I'm sure this club will help.
