    Greetings from Giff

    I bought a Big Green Egg before discovering Amazing Ribs. After learning about the importance of temperature, I added a Stoker with calibrated digital fire and meat probes. I also have a Thermapen. I have cooked Meathead's recipes for Thanksgiving and other festive occasions. They have all been great. I'm currently preparing a prime rib roast, garlic potatoes and asparagus for Xmas here in southern California. I appreciate the good work of Meathead and crew.
