    Just threw in with y'all. I'm Art from Odessa, Texas.
    Im retiring in a few more months, and plan on doing a heap more grilling, smoking, and sausage making. My username is viejillo, which is old man in Spanish. Looking forward to meeting y'all. So much fun stuff, and info.
