      I absolutely torched some burgers on my buddies Infrared grill. Like Beyond torched. My brother picked one burger up and pounded it on his plate, like a ref would drop a puck. I thought the plate was going to break! It was not my finest moment. Hugh LOL!! So, I carry the badge of purveyor of the "Hockey Puck Burgers" A title I justifiably deserve, after that debacle.

                        Yes sir, hard to beat! Ever eat at the Old Post Office restaurant on the way to the island? Possibly the best shrimp and grits you will find in Charleston county and that's saying something.

                      Yes, have eaten there a few times. Used to catch crabs off the bridges and on the beach down near the marina.
