    Hello from Ohio.

My name is Michael. My friends call me RAZ. I'm here to learn, fail and have fun. I have a few hobbies and BBQ is one of them. I am by no means an expert nor will I claim to be, but I may know just enough to be dangerous. I'm sure I will get embarrassed from time to time by someone putting me in my place, but hey, you don't know till you try. Won't be the first time, won't be the last. So, I'm here to get along, pour a beer and see what's on the grill/smoker.

    Thank you,
    Michael

If you like music, go to this thread to hear what others are listening to and share what you like. For jokes, go to this thread. Happy to have you along and looking forward to your participation.

Yes that is an Erie Eye. It was just short of 24 inches. Qualified for Fish Ohio.

Correction: it was 28 3/4 inches. Needs to be 28 to qualify. However: as time goes on, I'm sure the size will increase.

Welcome Buckeye! Huntington Beach welcomes you. No shaming here. A good bit of "ribbing, and good funning" but no shaming. That's not how we roll.

what do you like to cook and on what cooker. I got your back.

Food wise I like to cook just about anything. Pork Shoulder and Brisket are my usual go to's on a Large Big Green Egg.
