    Hello from Ohio.

    My name is Michael. My friends call me RAZ. I'm here to learn, fail and have fun. I have a few hobbies and BBQ is one of them. I am by no means an expert nor will I claim to be, but I may know just enough to be dangerous. I'm sure I will get embarrassed from time to time by someone putting me in my place, but hey, you don't know till you try. Won't be the first time, won't be the last. So, I'm here to get along, pour a beer and see what's on the grill/smoker.

            Yes that is an Erie Eye. It was just short of 24 inches. Qualified for Fish Ohio.

            Correction: it was 28 3/4 inches. Needs to be 28 to qualify. However: as time goes on, I'm sure the size will increase.

                    Food wise I like to cook just about anything. Pork Shoulder and Brisket are my usual go to's on a Large Big Green Egg.
