HOLY COW!!!! I know some folks who complain about 1200 pounds of shipping costs. A guy on a BBQ forum mentioned he had a smoker from Klose and would post pics. Well, his "smoker" looked like a $60,000+ comp trailer with a dual gas assisted firebox lighter, sucker was HUGE. Hot water, BIG pull out cutting boards. The offset was a 30" diameter. I was blown away.

Dave is crazy and he will build about anything.. Great guy great rig he is the best and he will talk your ear off and have you rolling in laughter. His rigs are great... i dont compete so i wanted a rig that could cook large amounts of meat. he custom made one for me just for that purpose... took a few months but worth it . It is a beast but does a great job smoking ... seven rows also rods, rib racks etc......
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
