I first discovered bbq when I got a new job in Austin and was able to try some of the finest smoked bbq ever. I have since moved back to Utah and have been trying my best to make BBQ that is just as good. I have been a long time fan of Meathead's Memphis dust rub so it only made sense I join "The Pit".

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
