    Hey all from Southern Illinois

Been a reader for a couple years but now a new member. Tons of wonderful information around this place.
Im an avid home smoker/griller. I don't have huge fancy equipment, I use my Weber 27" charcoal grill with a slow n sear most of the time. I do have a gas smoke vault and a Weber gas grill.
Actually getting ready to make a smoked meatloaf and cheesy bacon wrapped tater tots today.
Great site guys, keep up the good work.

Welcome to the pit! Meatloaf is one of my favorites on the grill.

Since you’re new, and if you haven't already done so, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

Also, it's very important that you:

Give us an email address you actually use. You can check the email we have on file for you by clicking your name in the upper-right, then User Settings, then the Notifications tab. You currently cannot change your email on file with us since it’s tied to your Pitmaster Club account as well as our payment processor, Stripe. Don’t worry though, we’d be happy to change it for you. PM (private message) ”Huskee” with your email change request, or via email at [email protected]om

Add the domain AmazingRibs.com to your email safe list. We NEVER spam! This is important to receive notices about your account, such as if you’re up for renewal or are ever drawn as our monthly Gold Medal Giveaway winner, which is open to all USA members or those with a USA delivery address (we’d hate to have to pick another person because you don’t answer us)!

            Thanks for joining!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. The meatloaf had to wait until tomorrow, our guest cancelled for today. Ended up just grilling some beer brats.

Grilla Proves That Good Things Come In Small Packages

The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint of the Grilla Pellet Smoker makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, including on a condo patio. Click here for our review on this unique smoker.

The Cool Kettle With The Hinged Hood We Always Wanted

Napoleon’s 22″ Pro Cart Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees. It’s hard to beat a Weber kettle, but Napoleon holds its own and adds some unique features to make the 22″ Pro Cart a viable alternative. Click here for more about what makes this grill special.
