Yeah, I feel your pain about "being creative" sourcing BBQ accessories and especially meat. It's gonna be a big hassle. Try to find a butcher who is willing to learn US style cuts, or start searching for import shops and pay through the nose. Good luck, you're gonna need it.

For sure! Actually I am on amazon now ordering things for the modifications on my smoker. As for the meat supplier, luckily I have sourced suppliers way before I even got a smoker. For the rest like firewood, yeah I might need some luck for those.
