    Hello from PA.

    I'm retired from the grocery distribution industry that loves to cook, motorcycles, firearms and Yuengling lager. I had been grilling and smoking, flying by the seat of my pants until I found this site with the wealth of info it contains. I've been visiting here for a couple of years and always find answers. Thank you. I know I won't be able to contribute much due to my lack of expertise but I know I will enjoy and learn.
