I found meathead searching the internet for how to cook brisket after I bought my SMC a few years ago. I'm originally from Texas so have taken on the challenge of perfecting brisket, the gold standard of barbeque. I've used many of Meathead's recipes on his website so finally decided to officially consummate our relationship .
I've pasted below a "money shot" of my latest brisket, smoked this past weekend. In general, I'm a wannabe chef with a particular emphasis on Texas Barbeque and steaks. I'm in California so will probably need to add Tri-tip to my repertoire.
Last, I'm mostly a message board lurker so probably won't be posting too often. A wife and three kids minimize my screen time, other than Aggie Football!
