Rod here from Port Moody, B.C. about an hour north of you. I'll hopefully be down your way on a regular basis over the next few months as the Bellingham Costco is the only place I can find brisket and tri tip. If it ever stops raining I hope to put all the great tips I've picked up here to the test. The kid coming home for mom's 50th in a couple of weeks sounds like a perfect time for a cook.
