    Big A Here!

    My name is Aaron but everyone calls me Big A! I am from Huntsville, AL and am 32 years old. Currently I am working on becoming a KCBS Judge with my wife and eventually opening my own BBQ place. I have been smoking for about 5 years now and have loved every minute. My wife says i have a problem because I have 8 different smoker options. I told her she doesn't have 1 or 2 pairs of shoes.... We have been trying to help feed those in need from our community when we cook. Christ said to feed the hungry so we do our best to reach those people. I hope to learn more from you guys and see what you can help me with. I look forward to being part of this group. Smoke on brothers! here is a picture of my second brisket.

              Welcome aboard! Great brisket photo, but it was not showing up on my laptop so I made a little tweak and it shows now. I'm with you on feeding others. I've got a pork butt and brisket to smoke this weekend and I'll be sharing both with my elderly neighbors.

I have multiple probe thermometers , MK4, Smoke, 2 chef alarm, ThermaQ and thermaK and a thermoworks IR with K probe port. for knives I love my Messermeister Olive elite and my TojironDP Gyutou. which I keep razor sharp using my edge-pro. I also have a weather station to keep an eye on good Grilling weather.
