@EdF: This area is great, all 4 seasons, none too extreme, you need to visit someday, the fall colors are usually great.
@LA Pork Butt: I lean towards a mustard based sauce, but my wife loves Sonny's BBQ (sweet) and it is pretty good! I want to try my hand at some homemade sauces in the near future.
