It is said that there is no true BBQ north of the Potomac River and until recently, and thanks to guys like Meathead I would tend to agree. After years of lurking around this site I finally go so tired of the pop ups that I signed up. Hope to be a regular contributor, welcome your comments and suggestions.
    Equipment List:
2 Weber Kettles - Gotta' have 'em
Baby Weber - Tailgater and quick steak sear
    Weber Q - tailgater & oyster grill
Smoke Hollow gasser - old reliable - great back-up - sentimental favorite
Smoke Vault gasser - the wide model - love it for full slabs
    Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker w/cold smoker add-on - great winter quick-smoker
Masterbuilt 24" electric smoker - fish, veggies, nuts, salts ONLY !
Camp Chef PG25 pellet smoker - main smoker - God Bless pellets
3 burner propane sear grill for grill grates - cheap high BTU Char-broil - high temp searer

Best Smoke - Whole packer brisket - I can make any Texan smile!
Favorite smoke - leg of lamb - I knock it out of the park!
Last screw up - Totally messed up a pork knuckle last month - got drunk and had the thermo on Celsius
Achilles heel - Fresh Ham - can't get it right to save my life!
First Grill - Weber Kettle 1995 - First wife took hers back to Texas - left me the microwave!
Latest Grill - Had to breakdown and go pellet
Next grill - would love to have a circa 1800's brick smokehouse in the backyard
Pet Peeve - Cheap Chinese made crap
I really like - Post oak and peach wood - wish I could find post oak pellets
I really dislike - sauced meat, dirty equipment, mesquite
I really wish - I knew as much as I thought I did.

When you boys were kids were you happy just playing with ONE toy??????
Absolutely I have MCS. I've filled landfills with crap I've bought that wore out, broke or just plain didn't like. Thank God for Cheap Chinese Junk!
