    Da' Moose here. Not much time to fill out the profile. I'm southern by birth, Texan by the grace of God! Currently living in central lower Michigan and working for a large mid-western University Hospital as an OR nurse. I've been eating and making BBQ, texas style for as long as I can remember. I stumbled upon this website about 5 years ago and have been lurkin' and using recipes since then. Just bought a Dyna-Glo DGO-1850 vertical smoker 2 weeks ago to compliment my self-made UDS and Char-grill SS four burner gas grill. Have a corned beef curing and a full packer brisket waiting to transform into pastrami along with 4 racks of ribs and a couple butts in the freezer waiting their turn in the smoke. Looking forward to sharing and caring with the folks here.
