Welcome 6th Borough BBQ ! Cold weather smoking is my favorite time to smoke. I feel I can get a better quality of smoke in colder weather because I have to run a little hotter fire to maintain my preferred cooking temp. Great job on the ribs and we can't wait to see more great cooks from you neck o' the woods!
