Welcome to the pit Johneboy , you really need to look into the slow n sear. I have a camp chef DLX pellet grill and a 22.5 Weber kettle and also have the slow n sear to go with it. The kettle is great but the slow n sear makes it a beast. Enjoy the Wikipedia of BBQ.
