This is Mike, I am from a very rural town of Easton Wi, about 15 miles east of Wausau. My passion is to make people say WOW about my bbq talents. I love good food, why shouldn't my guests feel the love. When I first met my wife, her big brother had to come investigate. She was nervous when I told her that a whole turkey on the Weber was the main course... It will be dry was what I heard... They still talk about it after 10 years.
I am just getting into raising grass fed beef at my place, looking forward to info on making the delectable whole cuts ( brisket, flank steak, skirt steak, etc) a crowd pleaser.
Do not worry, pork is always on the menu... especially with my homemade sauerkraut!!!
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
