Hey everyone! My name is Hugo and I'm from and live in The Netherlands. I started BBQ'ing about 4 years ago, before that I was basicly ruining meat above a grill
I've come a long way since then! I now own 9 BBQ's among which a few UDS's and a Vault smoker. I am now a competition cooker and own a small webshop in Europe where I import some awesome rubs and sauces from the US.
Our all time high was going to The Jack last year, awesome experience!!

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
