I just thought I'd introduce myself before pestering you with questions. I'm Chris, and I'm a BBQ addict from Newfoundland, Canada. BBQ is a foreign art in these parts, but I'm slowly converting people from boiled ribs and slow-cooker pulled pork with my 18.5 Weber Smoky Mountain and kettle + Smokenator.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
