Hi all,
I'm Dan, and I've been BBQing for about 8 years now and I've always thought of Amazingribs as my BBQ bible. I'm 32 and I'm a teacher in Chicagoland. I've been lurking for the past 4-5 months and I decided that I need to start saying hi and be friendly for once. I love the community here and can't wait to be a bigger part of it!
