New member since asking folks to sign up but have been using AR.com for at least 1 1/2 years. Love all of the info and it has helped keep me on the right track as I create my own masterpieces on my WSM 22'' (about a year old) and my Weber 18.5 (four-five years).
Look forward to getting to know more folks on here and hopefully get answers, exchange ideas and provide some answers where I can.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
