    Fantastic.

I love that fire pit. Awesome. Who makes it?
And are you happy with the auspit? I've looked at them before to work with the cowboy cooker.

Question to the forum, is there or has there been consideration to have a section for open fire cooking, e.g., cowoby cooking, chuckwagon cooking, etc.?
I caught that Chef's table episode with Francis Mallmann which forces the desire to go get your plancha.

Nothing brings out my BBQ OCD as much as the fire management of the flame totally exposed to mother nature.

    Awesome cook Scoopf16

Nice chair. Is that an insulated mini cooler hanging down from the left arm? Where did you get the chair and your cooking grates and supports?

      TIA

Welcome from Wisconsin - You're in real BBQ country there. Thank you for your service! I really like the look of your fire pit - all wood, open pit cooking makes for some good Texas BBQ!

Don't know about chair. Belonged to a friend. Will try to find out.
            Cookset was from campfirecafe.com
            2020 Precision Machinery I believe.
I just have the set - not the pit kit pictured. Very fun way to cook great stuff with family and friends.

My buddy believes he purchased chair from Coleman. Looks like this one to me: OVERSIZE QUAD CHAIR WITH COOLER - BLUE

After a lost summer due to construction the new outdoor kitchen is completed. A Grillworks 36 and KBQ anchor the kitchen. Time to enjoy it.

For the Argentine Parrilla use Mesquite rather than Oak. Oak is great for live fires but produces very little coals.

That is a gorgeous kitchen. Wish we had the winter San Antonio weather here so we could enjoy something like this year round.

                Ditto.
I still smoke year round but that kitchen would make it a whole lot more fun.
                Dryer and warmer too.
