    Hello from Wyoming

Love to cook, and smoking is becoming my favorite way to do it. Got an offset smoker, a 4 burner gas grill, and my ole charcoal grill made out of a piece of 12" pipeline a old welder friend made me years ago. Cooking some filet mignon today that I cut from the chateaubriand. Used Meatheads book to cut the tenderloin. Awesome book...awesome BBQ website.

Got tunes on the deck, Lefty on one TV and Nascar on the other.

    Life is good today.
