Lifelong Californian here. Been cooking outdoors a good part of my life. Just realized that aside from camping grates, I've always had Webers. Currently a kettle, a 3 burner Spirit, and my brand new passion, a Weber Smokey Mountain that I got for my birthday. Still in the kindergarten stage of using it, but oh-my-goodness what is not to love about smoking!? So far I've done ribs, ribs, chicken, pork butt, and did I mention ribs?
Anyway, hi! Glad to be here. Hope to learn lots ☺️
I’m a California escapee, I tell folks I had 39 million reasons to leave California and they all had two legs. Crockett and El Sobrante were my Bay Area digs.
