I'm Bryan, living in FTW, TX. My grills: 4 Weber kettles, a Pro performer, 2, 22" one touch kettles and a Jumbo Joe portable. Primo XL ceramic cooker. HBT gameday reverse flow offset cooker. My newest addition is a RecTeq backyard boss 1200 pellet grill easy bake oven. I'm a third generation volunteer BBQ cooker. I grew up in Georgia learning pork. My dad and his family are from North Carolina. They have a tradition of whole hawg pig pickins, so that is my favorite. Now I live in Texas and try to cook brisket every time they go on sale. I've had some good ones and some burnt stinkers, but Im getting better.

You have a pellet grill so that make it ok.
The 12 rule only counts if you aren't a pellet grilling 😂
