    Howdy. I'm new here, and while I've been torturing edible protein on grills for years, halfway thru my 75th year on earth, I discovered a Weber kettle. Last november I picked it up at Home Depot and have been driving my wife of 53 years up the wall with my having become obsessed with charcoal cooking..
