After some hiccups with USPS (that James was super awesome in resolving), Mr Z is quite happy with his new spice.
I'll probably make one for each of the other dogs at some point. One thing I overlooked is that my rub has no salt in it, which makes it absolutely perfect and such a great value considering the personalization. I'd have to try Mr Zs rub on some protein but the flavor profile is pretty much what I envisioned (basic with a very slight heat at the end) leaving plenty of room for further customization.

You do know that Okanogan is only 50 miles from the Canadian border, don't you, eh? ;-) Have you heard of Canada? It's where they don't care who you marry as long as you both like hockey.
