I've been smoking since the 90's - mostly on an offset, now handed down to my nephew, and in recent years on a kettle or kamado. I feel I didn't really amp up my game until I came here in 2017. The folks here have really helped my cooking in general move to a whole different level. And they've been good to fuel my MCS and food/cooking obsession!
