    Hello and God Bless all!

    Joe from Wisconsin, owner Smokin Joe’s Catering, former owner of Smokin Joe’s BBQ restaurant in Barnwell Sc. Nothing cooks like a Lang!(I’ve had 3, a 10’ and 2 - 4’ ers love reverse flow , burned mostly Pecan, Hickory and Mesquite! Currently running 2 Master Built gravity smokers, they do a good job, became disabled in 2021 and can’t handle the heavy doors on the Langs anymore but it is what it is and I keep on smoking.
