Danjohnston949 Thanks for the welcome, and I look forward to sharing some of my cooks in the future. I did check out the Vent Control over at Adrenaline BBQ Co, as you suggested. I really appreciate Huskee and @PitBoss for that, because controlling and adjusting the temp is the thing that worries me the most coming from a gas grill.
