Welcome Aboard! 2 years ago I was completely clueless on how to cook with charcoal. Now I can cook all kinds of goodies on the Kettle, and turn out some mean thin steaks and burgs on the gasser ( convenience, here ).

Read everything that you can as you will definitely learn a great deal!
