PimpMyGrill I have been cooking on a Big Green Egg for almost fourteen years now. It is pretty much pimped out with stuff from the Ceramic Grill Store, but if I come up with a need I will giver you a shout out.

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. 3 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.

fav is brisky. Love Turkey on PBC. also Turkey in the glass,(any nice bourbon)
Bud has always been my barley pop.
Been smoking a handful of years, just got serious in the last two or three years. Thanks to AR n @glemn picked up an SnS Kamado for appx 1/3 price of new. I dont think he used it twice. Love AR! keep calm n smoke on! Miss you Bonesy.

PimpMyGrill - I use a 26" Weber and PBC. As far as upgrades; a grill light that can attach to the round surface (or in some other manner) would be awesome.
