Hey Folks! Very excited to join the member community. Wanted to introduce myself, Eric here with PimpMyGrill.com. New business venture here specializing in manufacturing cosmetic and functional upgrades for pellet grills (will expand to other types soon). We've got kind of wild concept that we're trying to get off the ground. Thought I'd reach out to the community to see what you thought! How are we doing? Is there anything that you'd like to see us make for your BBQs?
I'd like to think that our specialty is innovation. Currently, about 99% of our manufacturing is right here in the good ol' USA!
Not sure I get it. $200 shelves for a $400 grill? At that price many here would want to know more about the shelves’ materials beyond "Racks are laser cut from one solid piece of steel.” We take our grates and grills seriously
Hey Phil! You're in San Diego? We are too! Come visit us at Pellet Grills Galore in El Cajon, I would love to show you some of the products. I'm going to post a video link below so you can get an idea on another rack system. I appreciate the feed back.
Looks like you may have locked into one of the systems we make for a tailgater model? I'm not sure any of the tailgaters are selling for 400$ anymore unfortunately.. economy am I right? but you are right, there's a reason these companies don't invest in heavy duty, slide-out rack systems, made in America. However, I bet if you tried them you'd agree they are a luxury you won't want to cook without. The rack systems are super popular plus we have many other products too.
Jerod Broussard Thanks! We have stacks that fit 3" diameter stacks (those are usually GMG or Yoder Smokers), and another set that fit up to 3.5" stacks (Recteq, pitboss, traeger, campchef, etc)
Do these grates fit the Masterbuilt Gravity line? I was looking for a set for a while but never pulled the trigger before I sold it.
Also, it is not clear but are these grates made out of carbon steel or stainless steel? Any information on bar thickness or steel grade?
It probably goes without saying but a Weber 22” version would be popular and perhaps a version for the Akorn kamados. It is always nice to be able to upgrade off stock cast iron which is the standard for Akorn and Masterbuilt.

Hey STEbbq! Nothing for the MB Gravity yet. We tend to go in order of what's most requested. Fortunately, the requests for that line have been increasing. If you like, you can DM me a contact email and I can put you on my list to notify once we have something for it.
Grates are carbon steel and it is recommended to season them like you would cast iron. Currently using a 13 gauge.
Thanks for the suggestion on the Kettles and Kamados! We'll start brainstorming on those

Welcome to the club!!! This might not be quite in your wheelhouse, but if someone where to make a cart for a 26” kettle (e.g., a 26” Weber Performer), it would be a ‘here’s my credit card, please don’t rip me off too much’ moment. I’ve been looking around for one, and haven’t seen anything great yet.
Hey Grillin Dad! Thanks for the suggestion. That is definitely the type of product we like to dive into. What are your thoughts on the one in the link below? Is this the cart you are looking for but cannot purchase it separate from the grill?
PimpMyGrill That’s the grill I have now, the Weber Performer. Absolutely love it. The cart on it is really well thought out. The only issue is that it’s attached to a 22” kettle. I’m going to outgrow that and want to upgrade to a 26” kettle. But, I still want a cart to go with it, preferably a cart that attaches to the grill, so it’s all one unit. But like I said, I haven’t found a decent cart for the 26” kettle anywhere. I’ve got a couple of ideas in my head, but nothing I’m crazy about.
