    Hi All

Been a fan of the site for the last 3 or 4 years. Great easy to use techniques. Mastered the Memphis dust ribs. Every labour day last 3 years family and friends wait for the invite just for the ribs.
Started with weber 22.5 performer, had to get another 22.5 kettle last year to handle the volume. This past Spring from recommendations on this site got weber 310 as a propane back up. Also found the Pit barrel online surfing. Testimonials seemed far fetched. But after your gold rating I ordered one last April. Took a couple of cooks but it runs like a charm now.
Joined to support the site after Pit Boss and meathead answered my questions on Tuscan ribs on a Sunday.

Glad to be in the pit!!!

Welcome to The Pit RGT! Thank you for the support. Sounds like you have a decent arsenal of toys..I mean tools. Care to share any pictures of that lineup?

When you get a minute, please check out Pit Boss' Welcome & announcements channel, as well as the tips posts therein. These will help you fill out your signature, as well as learn the best way to post nice big photos here to brag about your gear and your cooks. Enjoy!

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It’s among the best bargains for a smoker in the world. This baby cooks circles around cheap offset smokers because temperature control is so much easier. Click here to read our detailed review and the raves from people who own them.
