Thanks! I've been looking at Combustion Inc too. I think it'd be real helpful with longer cooking grill foods, like whole chickens. Steaks and chops I pretty much just use the highly technical 'finger poke' lol

Once you start using the thermometer for steaks and chops you will notice that you can even account the carryover cooking as well as having more consistent results, I used to use the finger poke now I use a thermometer for everything and my steaks are a perfect medium rare every time. 😊
