Hello from NW Oregon. The Birthplace of the pellet grill, Traeger started it all.

Welcome to the Pit from Alabama! Glad to have you onboard... we'll even forgive you for switching to an easy bake oven, haha! I've had an offset for decades myself, and just don't have the energy or desire to feed the fire every 30 minutes for anything longer than a turkey or some ribs, and understand the desire for more hands off cooking...

Welcome to the Pit, from NC. Glad to have you aboard. Don’t pay any attention to the Pellet Haters, they’re just jealous because they waste time stoking a fire when they could be drinking more beer.

Greetings and welcome! Thanks for your support.

Pellet cookers have their place. Like any tool there are things they excel at. I love mine and use it often. Today I'm running the stick burner on ~32lbs pork butts, but once it's time to wrap them they will go into the pellet cooker to finish.
