My grand parents were just outside Baldwin City on the Santa Fe trail. My other set of grandparents lived in Baldwin City too. Grandpa was the President of Baker University. They were city folk and did not have a smoker. lol

I will for sure post pit action. I am in the process of building a YouTube channel for back yard cooking and not just BBQ/Smoking. I have started recording content, but going live is a few months off. I hope it will be helpful to me and others.
