Hello, I have been smoking since the age of seven and I am not fifty-five. My grandparents taught me in a smoke house on the Kansas farm. I personally own a couple Kamado Joes, Masterbuilt Gravity Feed 1050, a Barrel smoker, one small smoke house, and I have a Johnson Custom Smoker ordered with a delivery of late August 2023. I am excited to be here to read and absorb all the information along with sharing some of my cooking history when needed. I look forward to interactions in the future.
