                    Congratulations on the PBC. I almost purchased one myself. But Panhead John & Finster brought me to my senses (amoung others) and I purchased a Oklahoma Joe's Bronco in lieu. I was able to purchase it by the generous donations of my fellow pitmasters & friends...

                            Loving it so far. Following my first attempt at ribs which were burnt, I've successfully smoked a second rack of spare ribs, a chicken, and a turkey breast though the turkey was a touch on the dry side.
