Hello from Western Pennsylvania

I'm a decent home cook and proud new owner of a Pit Barrel Cooker. I'm fond of all barbecue but I'm partial to ribs, pulled pork, and spare ribs - basically all the swine. We're also very fond of chicken in my family (I make a roast chicken at least once a week in the colder months) and smoked chicken is an awesome change for the summer. Looking forward to tips and tricks from the site!

I enjoy cooking ribs (pork or beef), pork belly, brisket, burgers, ribeyes, chicken (usually boneless/skinless thighs), and skirt steak for carne asada.

Beverages - Alcohol isn't my jam.
