I've gotten kinda lazy with cookers. I have an offset smoker, a 22 inch weber and a cheaper Camp Chef pellet grill. Haven't used the off set in years. Never quite got the hang of it. The pellet grill is my go to now days. About to do a spatchcock chicken on it...lol
