I enjoy cooking ribs (pork or beef), pork belly, brisket, burgers, ribeyes, chicken (usually boneless/skinless thighs), and skirt steak for carne asada.

Huskee. Hi.
Whilst I have been known to bang my head to some Heavy Metal in my youth my username is not related to that. I was in the aircraft industry for a while and I believe during training I seem to have developed that nick name. It sort of stuck and when joining Social media sites, trying to find an unusual user name, MetalMickey seems to be successful. My next task will be to find a picture for my info.
