Okie Joe is a great rig at a great price point to enter the world of Off Sets and it is versatile and should support the numbers for are feeding. Suggest upgrading the charcoal grate with accessories from Horizon if you go that route

I had mine for years and years before I upgraded to a custom off-set (Check out Rocket Grillz on Facebook)
You might find a fabricator that is reasonably close to you and avoid the shipping cost!
I would add Pitts by JJ & Horizon (sometimes available at Bass Pro Shops), to your list of quality rigs to check out.
I tried to look for 1904 and found zilch....hope you keep posting as you finalize your decision
Welcome from Boston! I've been grilling and " wood roasting" for over 30 years. Turkeys, Chickens, Ducks, Pork Ribs , Beef ribs, Beef and Pork roasts of all kinds, except briskets), Salmon, lobsters clam boils etc...We fire up our cooker 5 nights a week easy. all year round! I can't bring myself to make the jump to an off-set cooker or stick burner for one reason and that is, never needed the capacity! Sounds like something you might need to consider as well. Good Luck with your choice!
