I'm not looking to start a fight but would love to hear some opinions. I'm wondering what is the best smoker/grill to take in an RV. At home I have a gas grill, Broil King cabinet smoker, and a classic 22.5 inch Weber Kettle. When we head out with our trailer, I have a Napoleon Travel-Q gas grill. They each have their place and

I’m not near ya, unless ya call 3-4 hours close & I have NO intention of movin to Florida. But it is nice to see another Flatlander in the mix. There definitely something about Chitown when it comes to Q & the Blues! Welcome, eat good and have fun!

Sweet! I travel around 400 miles per day for work, so pretty familiar with all the local municipalities. And have friends in St. Charles & So. Elgin, so in that area quite often.

Thank you for helping run such an amazing page. I found amazingribs.com quite awhile ago, but was never really into the whole format like this is so wasn't quite sure how to "use" it. But when I just purchased my Fireboard Spark I seen the free trial offer for the Pit. Tried it out for a few days and really enjoy all the exclusive content (plus I understand forums and subs better now) so I had to pull the trigger on a paid membership!

We love it! Let us know if you have any questions on how to get around. A lot of times, it just takes some surfing to get the hang of things. It sounds like you are well on your way to that.
